Scott Sherrod

Scott has created and launched new services for many of the world’s most successful companies. He employs a common-sense, low-jargon style allowing easy translation of client goals to possible solutions. Prior to founding Warranty Design in 2015, Scott led product development for AIG’s $1B U.S. Services division. This experience convinced him of the need for independent expertise in protection product development would benefit all industry participants.

Jesse Wilson

Jesse is an accomplished legal, regulatory compliance, business strategy, and risk management
professional with 25 years of experience focused on risk identification and mitigation within the highly-regulated insurance industry. He has a thorough understanding of compliance, legal, and operational complexities, and a proven ability to create innovative product and program solutions to meet clients’ business objectives. Prior to joining the firm Jesse was a partner at Frost Brown Todd where he specialized in legal and regulatory work in the protection products industry.

Matt Wagner

Matt navigates the complex regulatory landscape of the insurance and warranty industries to build practical solutions for his clients. He also has significant experience in other fields insurance including travel and portable electronics. Matt spent four years at an AM Law 200 firm helping OEM’s, administrators, obligors, sellers, and carriers create profitable, compliant programs.

David Innis

David utilizes his broad international, telecom, and P&C insurance expertise to bring new concept and opportunities to the firm. He specializes in innovations in energy efficiency, demand response, electrification, and regenerative technologies. Prior to the firm, David spent 20 years as managing director of insurance brokering and consulting firm SFG. SFG was a partner of IoT consulting firm 151 Advisors (acquired by Momenta Partners).

Jim Mormando

Jim brings 40 years of experience in the management and execution of services to the firm. He specializes in projects involving: service operations, supply chain management, logistics, and lean process design. He advises clients in system design and selection, service process optimization, and creation of exceptional customer experiences. Prior to joining warranty design in 2016, Jim spent 12 years as a service operation lead for Asurion where he managed a nationwide network of in-home service providers for both appliances and electronics.
